Chris Porcelli

Chris Porcelli was named President of Mr. Rooter Plumbing in January 2026. He brings extensive executive leadership experience across franchise-driven and multi-unit organizations, with a strong track record of driving operational efficiency, financial transformation, and strategic growth. As a people-first leader, Chris is deeply committed to partnering with franchise owners to help them build profitable, scalable businesses.

Chris joined Neighborly and Mr. Rooter Plumbing from Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux, the award-winning restaurant and sports bar brand, where he most recently served as Chief Executive Officer after previously holding the role of Chief Financial Officer. As CEO, he led a new brand positioning, developed a prototype that improved labor efficiency, and secured a 20-unit development agreement. In his role as CFO, Chris oversaw finance, IT, HR, and supply chain functions, implemented NetSuite ERP, and built robust analytics capabilities to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Prior to Walk-On’s, Chris spent six years in senior leadership roles at Driven Brands, the largest automotive services company in North America. As Chief Operating Officer of Maaco, he guided the organization and its franchise owners through the COVID-19 pandemic, executing a disciplined, data-driven strategy that resulted in record-breaking sales and profitability—marking a historic milestone for the brand.

Chris holds a Master’s degree in Taxation and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Hofstra University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
